If incorrect and/or incomplete data are identified, the application will be **canceled**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform billing for patient services rendered, according to the Registration Instrument specified in the SIGTAP Procedure Table (System for Managing the Procedure Table); * Verify patients’ personal data, ensuring accurate coding of performed procedures; * Perform opening and closing of invoices and remittances in the MV system; * Identify high-complexity outpatient services and request the responsible physician to issue an APAC (Outpatient/High-Complexity Procedure Authorization) report; * Identify and list pending items that may hinder invoice closure; * Assist reception staff by clarifying doubts regarding AIH (Hospital Admission Authorization) procedure codes; * Monitor online or on-site audits; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Attention! Mandatory Prerequisites** * Completed Higher Education degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Submit a copy (photocopy) of the Diploma and/or Completion Certificate + Academic Transcript; * Minimum six months (mandatory) of proven experience in Hospital Billing.
