Project management, planning, and cost control. **Description:** Education Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields Requirements Solid experience in substation construction management/coordination; Knowledge of ABNT Technical Standards (NBR) relevant to the activity; Knowledge of safety, health, environment, and quality procedures; Strong knowledge of planning, monitoring, and controlling project timelines and costs; Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Driver's License Category B; Willingness to remain on-site at projects located in Mato Grosso do Sul. Preferred Qualifications Postgraduate degree in project management; Extensive experience in substation construction; Technical Registry (CREA) for substations of 138kV or higher. Mission To lead the safe and efficient execution of substation construction projects, promoting technical quality, schedule adherence, and regulatory compliance, with focus on people management, team engagement, and safety culture. Responsibilities Manage field teams, ensuring efficient execution of activities at substation construction sites; Address execution-related issues to ensure compliance with contractual deadlines; Coordinate mobilization and execution planning in alignment with technical and support departments; Define and plan resources required for proper project execution, ensuring productivity and efficiency; Participate in client meetings, maintaining clear and assertive communication regarding project progress; Monitor cash flow and prepare managerial reports for assigned projects; Ensure strict adherence to occupational safety standards, guiding team leaders and fostering risk awareness with a zero-accident focus; Supervise monthly project measurement processes, ensuring contract compliance and billing control; Ensure compliance with all internal company and project-specific regulations and procedures; Support quality, safety, and environmental policies by promoting sustainable and safe practices during execution; Ensure proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), in accordance with current regulatory norms. 2512100202181912044
