Job Summary: The Occupational Safety Technical Assistant will support the implementation of safety procedures, organization of documentation, and guidance of employees at construction sites. We are seeking an OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TECHNICAL ASSISTANT **Responsibilities and Duties**  Assist the Occupational Safety Technician in developing and implementing occupational safety procedures, issuing and controlling all related documents, and supervising activities to ensure compliance.  Support the organization, verification, and validation of occupational safety and health documentation for workers—including PPE records, Work Orders, Machine Checklists, Safety Training records, among others—ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accurate.  Assist in guiding and monitoring fieldwork execution on construction sites with safety in mind, advising employees on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure employee well-being and company asset protection.  Support the Occupational Safety Technician in delivering safety training, preparing presentation materials so that all site employees remain aligned and updated with necessary information.  Perform other duties related to the position as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Technical education in Occupational Safety (in progress) is desirable. If fully qualified in occupational safety, registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) is required; Microsoft Office (Basic); Reading and writing skills for report preparation; Strong communication skills for conducting safety dialogues and occupational safety presentations.
