**FUSION TECHNICIAN** Salary: **R$1850.00 \+ 30% (Paid every 5th business day via Itaú Bank)** On-call / Standby Duty**: R$600.00** Meal Voucher**: R$700.00** (Paid on the 15th of each month to the Solides card; we deliver the card, and payment is proportional to days worked) On-call activation: First hour counts toward regular banked hours; additional hours are paid as overtime. Banked Hours: Paid every 90 days. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Punctuality is mandatory. COMPANY POLICY: We do not issue advances or salary advances. Vehicle is collected daily from the base; it is not kept by the team. The technician is responsible for the vehicle. Vehicles are not swapped between technicians — i.e., the vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, and any fines are the technician’s responsibility. Storage and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment assigned to the technician. If you require a transportation voucher, present your bus pass; we issue it biweekly at the warehouse, deducting 6% from the base salary. Technicians work either solo or in pairs, depending on operational requirements. On-call service may occur at any time, including weekends, holidays, New Year’s Day, Christmas, within the city limits, or even in remote rural areas — standard telecom coverage applies; network restoration is required. Activities include: network construction (cable laying, pole equipment installation, pole deployment, etc.), network activation (CTO, CEO, and splitter installation, etc.), active network maintenance (fiber breaks, signal attenuation, monitoring pole replacements), end-customer installation and removal if necessary — summarized key responsibilities. Service Area: Uberlândia–Monte Alegre–Prata (our optical ring) and Patos de Minas–Lagamar.
