Negotiation and closing of business with customers **Job Mission** Perform technical and economic evaluations of vehicle repairs to prepare precise bodywork and painting estimates for customers, aligned with the company's policies and commercial strategies. **Your Daily Responsibilities** * Receive and inspect the vehicle to be repaired, identifying damages and the extent of required repairs; * Consult technical manuals and parts information systems to determine which parts and materials are needed for repairs; * Perform precise calculations to determine repair costs, including labor, parts, and other materials; * Prepare and present estimates to customers, explaining in detail the scope of repairs and associated costs; * Negotiate and close business with customers, considering dealership policies and procedures; * Collaborate closely with the workshop team to ensure work is completed on time and within the established budget; * Maintain accurate records of all repairs and estimates performed, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate; * Issue the Service Order after customer or insurance appraiser approval of the estimate; * Request parts from inventory and order missing parts, while tracking part releases for vehicle maintenance and completed services; Release service orders for invoice issuance and deliver vehicles to customers, collecting their signature on the release form. **What We Value in You** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Analytical, planning, and negotiation skills; * Experience in customer service; * Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. **All our job openings are open to People with Disabilities (PwD).** **We are extremely proud of our history!** We are the largest Chevrolet dealership network in the interior of Minas Gerais and are seeking new talents to join our team.
