Do you want to be part of something truly significant and learn extensively, in an environment grounded in ethics, commitment, appreciation, and respect for people? **Then \#JoinEconomart!** **What will you do daily?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT and store automation equipment * Install and configure operating systems, software, and peripherals * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users * Handle and manage IT service tickets from stores, ensuring prompt and effective resolution * Monitor the functionality of information systems and processes * Support the local IT team in projects as required Therefore, we require that you possess: * Technical education in Information Technology or related fields * Knowledge of networks, operating systems, and IT equipment * Problem-solving skills and user support capabilities Work schedule: On-site work from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Av.
