




Job Summary: The professional will provide user support, resolve technical issues, install and configure hardware/software, provide network support, and conduct user training. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and configuration of IT equipment **Responsibilities:** **User Support:** Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online chat. Resolve simple issues, assist users in understanding how to use software, or provide basic configuration guidance. **Technical Issue Resolution:** Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on computers, mobile devices, and other technology equipment. This may include identifying and correcting software errors, faulty network connections, or hardware failures. **Hardware and Software Installation and Configuration:** Assist with the installation and configuration of cameras and new IT equipment, such as computers, routers, operating systems, and applications. This may involve following standard procedures or specific instructions provided by system administrators or infrastructure specialists. **Network Support:** Configure and troubleshoot basic local area networks (LAN), including wired and wireless connections, IP address configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and network issue diagnosis. **Incident Documentation and Recordkeeping:** Maintain accurate records of all support interactions, including details of identified issues, applied solutions, and any additional required actions. **User Training:** Provide basic training to users on how to effectively and securely use hardware and software. **Requirements:** Completed high school education Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred (in progress or completed) Prior experience in technical support preferred Knowledge of networking and IT-focused courses **Benefits:** Bradesco Health Plan for employees and dependents (spouse and children), with nationwide coverage.
