**About the position:** ================= The Refrigerated Department Supervisor is responsible for ensuring organized and efficient refrigerated operations, maintaining the workplace prepared for food processing, inspecting the environment, and ensuring equipment and utensils are organized and sanitized. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience in the refrigerated department; preferably one year of experience as a Refrigerated Products Stocker or Refrigerated/Pereishables Department Supervisor. * Good practices in food handling. * Leadership and team management skills. * Knowledge of good food handling practices. * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Excellent communication skills. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Completed high school education, preferably with courses related to food industry. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Ensure alignment of the refrigerated department team with business strategy and adherence to processes, contributing to store service quality and achievement of targets; * Monitor daily PIV (Sales Incentive Program) data for the month; * Ensure team readiness for inventory, participate in inventory activities, and complete review within two days; * Monitor departmental performance indicators, keep the team informed of set targets and achieved results, contributing to company target attainment; * Manage the overtime bank for subordinates in the department; * Ensure transfers are executed correctly; * Ensure daily product write-offs; * Monitor organization of refrigerated and frozen chambers; * Monitor departmental losses on a daily basis; * Ensure store opening and closing procedures; * Ensure team commitment to departmental sales and targets; * Coordinate with the Sales Commercial Supervisor regarding layout changes to improve departmental performance; ### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Attendance bonus; * Incentive awards for achieving targets; * Discounts with distance learning institutions, pharmacies, and other partners; * Purchase discounts; * Transportation allowance; * Company-provided snack.
