Transportes has an open position for a **Freight Negotiator**, a professional responsible for identifying third-party drivers in the market and conducting negotiations aligned with our operational requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Identify third-party drivers in the market to meet daily operational demands * Negotiate freight rates according to rate tables, routes, and urgency * Ensure alignment of pickup and delivery information * Maintain active relationships with partner drivers * Monitor shipment execution and support operations when necessary **Requirements:** * Experience in negotiating or contracting third-party drivers * Strong communication skills, agility, and negotiation ability * Organizational skills and focus on results * Basic knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office suite **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in transportation companies; * An active network of contacts with third-party drivers.
