Job Summary: This role requires assisting the driver on delivery routes, loading and unloading goods, providing basic customer service during deliveries, and organizing products. Key Highlights: 1. Provide basic customer service during deliveries * Assist the driver on delivery routes. * Load goods onto transport vehicles, organizing items to prevent damage. * Provide basic customer service during deliveries, presenting invoices, verifying quantities, and collecting signatures. * Unload products at delivery locations, such as supermarkets, stores, or distribution centers. * Organize and sort packages according to delivery or storage sequence. * Assist in product verification (quantity, integrity, etc.). * Ensure product safety and prevent damage. * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization. Ability to work effectively in a team, with courtesy toward coworkers, customers, and third parties. Previous experience as a Delivery Person, Logistics Assistant, Delivery Driver, or Loading/Unloading Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position.
