Monitoring of activities and support in resolving unforeseen issues Flashlog Transportes is seeking a professional to coordinate and administer operations under our partnership with Mercado Livre. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail to ensure operational success. **Responsibilities:** Assign routes to drivers and optimize deliveries. Recruit and manage affiliated vehicles to ensure coverage of demand. Complete and control spreadsheets, monitoring operational performance. Continuously monitor activities to ensure processes are executed efficiently and within established deadlines. Provide support in resolving any unforeseen issues during operations. **Requirements:** Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in logistics or transportation is desirable. Proficiency with spreadsheets and control tools. **Working Hours:** 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
