The professional will provide consultative advisory support to internal departments, strengthen contractual governance, and drive continuous improvement of organizational processes. Key Responsibilities * Draft, review, and negotiate domestic and international contracts—including EPC, O&M, technology, industrial services, mining, infrastructure, utilities, plant operations, and expansion projects. * Conduct legal analyses and risk assessments of new contracts, amendments, claims, operational deviations, and potential disputes. * Interpret contractual clauses in light of industrial plant operational practices and technical challenges inherent to chemical and mining projects. * Support internal and external audits, ensuring integrity, traceability, and compliance of contract files. * Develop proactive and reactive strategies to prevent disputes and financial losses—including management of notifications, claims, and controversies. * Support mediation, dispute boards, and litigation related to contracts, coordinating with internal departments and external law firms. * Lead the creation, revision, and enhancement of standard templates, draft agreements, checklists, internal manuals, and guidelines. * Strengthen contractual governance by ensuring adherence to EuroChem’s internal policies, compliance standards, and formal approval workflows. * Propose and implement continuous improvements—including automation, process standardization, new workflows, and best practices. * Align draft agreements with internal standards for governance, compliance, integrity, and risk management. * Participate in meetings and negotiations with suppliers, partners, and clients—ensuring contractual balance and protection of corporate interests. * Oversee the full contract lifecycle—from drafting through termination—including reviews, amendments, renewals, and lessons learned. * Prepare legal opinions, reports, and technical notes to support business areas, projects, and operations. * Monitor critical deadlines, renewals, price adjustments, and contractual obligations—guiding internal stakeholders accordingly. * Provide consultative legal support to Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, HR, Finance, and Compliance departments on matters related to contracts, risks, compliance, and governance. * Issue opinions on contractual risks, procurement models, responsibilities, guarantees, penalties, and adaptations to legislative and jurisprudential changes. * Contribute to internal training and capacity-building programs on contractual risk, compliance, and best contracting practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Mandatory requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law; Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); Advanced English proficiency (mandatory for international interactions and review of foreign-language contracts). * Preferred qualifications: Postgraduate specialization in Contract Law, Corporate Law, Civil Law, Infrastructure, or related fields; Prior relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department with strong focus on contracts; Experience in complex negotiations, risk management, and legal support to technical and operational areas; Experience in industrial, mining, chemical, engineering, or infrastructure sectors is a plus; Knowledge of Corporate Corporate Law and Corporate Compliance. * Working hours: (Administrative); * Willingness to reside in Serra do Salitre, Patrocínio, and Araxá. **Additional Information** **WE HAVE MANY BENEFITS WAITING FOR YOU HERE** **Health insurance for employee and dependents** **Dental insurance for employee and dependents** **Life insurance** **Private pension program** **Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) tied to performance goals** **Meal allowance or meal voucher for daily use** **On-site cafeteria (subject to location)** **6-month maternity leave (Citizen Company Program)** **20-day paternity leave (Citizen Company Program)** **Special Support and Care Program for employees and their families** **Access to a physical activity platform: Wellhub** **Education and Language Program (per company policy)** We are a young and ambitious company, built by people sharing the same vibrant energy and aligned with our growth-driven DNA.
