What will be your responsibilities?* The Social Security and Social Relations area is responsible for promoting institutional relationships with Agencies, Executive Managements, and Regional Superintendencies of Social Security nationwide. Its primary focus is ensuring appropriate support to employees in situations involving absences, disability retirements, and professional rehabilitation processes. * Key responsibilities include: * Absence and Disability Retirement Management: Handling processes related to employees on leave or retired due to disability, ensuring compliance with social security regulations and monitoring cases with the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) nationwide. * Coordination with Rehabilitation Teams and Support Programs: Collaborating with the Area Coordinator to guide INSS professional teams, promoting actions aimed at employee reintegration and well-being. * Absenteeism Indicator Analysis; monitoring data and statistics from internal programs such as APOIAR and the Disabled Child Benefit, focusing on continuous process improvement and identification of intervention opportunities. Direct involvement in operationalization and benefit granting. * Work Accident Response: Serving as the direct point of contact for employees’ families in work accident cases, providing compassionate support and appropriate guidance. * Evaluation of Special Requests: Carefully analyzing special assistance requests from employees—such as cases involving dependents with disabilities or family-related issues—ensuring empathetic reception and proper referral. * Absenteeism Prevention and Mitigation Projects: Active participation in initiatives targeting absenteeism reduction, with particular emphasis on preventive actions related to mental and behavioral disorders (ICD-F). * This area operates strategically and sensitively, promoting employee care and strengthening ties among the company, social security agencies, employees, and management.
