




Job Summary: Professional responsible for reactivating canceled/inactive members' contracts, negotiating terms, identifying cancellation reasons, and proposing solutions, with a focus on reducing churn. Clear and objective communication, proactivity, and empathy * Contact canceled or inactive members to reactivate their contracts; negotiate terms in accordance with internal policies; identify cancellation reasons and propose solutions; record interactions, agreements, and outcomes in the system; monitor reactivation and retention metrics; strategically contribute to churn reduction. * Previous experience in customer service, collections, and administrative roles; knowledge of negotiation techniques; strong interpersonal communication skills; high school diploma; bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields preferred; customer service experience; CRM knowledge is a plus.
