If you possess an analytical mindset, assertive communication skills, and the ability to handle complex situations, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities** * **\*Proactively contact high-value customers to** negotiate outstanding debts\*, proposing solutions tailored to the customer's reality and profile. * Analyze financial history, contracts, and commercial terms to **structure renegotiation proposals**. * Monitor and track agreed-upon arrangements. * Record interactions and updates in internal collection and CRM systems. * Engage consultatively by offering alternatives that preserve customer relationships and minimize financial losses. **Required Qualifications** * Experience in **customer collections and negotiations** * Strong communication, argumentation, and persuasion skills. * Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and ability to manage sensitive negotiations. * Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and management tools. * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields is a plus). * Experience in collection agencies, banks, fintechs, or sectors with large credit volumes is a plus.
