Negotiation to reduce delinquency **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:15 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour and 15-minute lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code* Generate reports on upcoming and overdue installments, executing due settlements and collections; * Be responsible for credit recovery (commercial and rural) granted to members; * Monitor and implement decisions made by the Board of Directors and the Administrative Council regarding Credit Recovery; * Provide necessary information and monitor pending matters and judicial proceedings of the Cooperative, jointly with Management and the Board of Directors. * Directly handle centralized collection routines after due dates and follow-up, in coordination with administration. * Provide technical support to the commercial department. * Conduct collections and negotiations focused on reducing delinquency, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and compliance with internal policies * Perform other related duties as required by the Cooperative and/or instructions from the immediate supervisor **Requirements:*** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Law or related fields; * Residence preferably in Guaranésia/MG and surrounding areas * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; * Analytical ability and systemic vision; * Organization and planning skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Teamwork and collaborative attitude; * Driver's License Category B; **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
