We seek a proactive, dynamic professional with leadership potential, capable of working in a high-demand environment while ensuring shift organization and outstanding customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the team during the shift, assign tasks, and guide staff; * Monitor order preparation (quality and efficiency); * Support customer service, resolve incidents and complaints; * Cash handling (opening, verification, and closing); * Sales and target monitoring; * Inventory control and product expiry date verification; * Facility organization and cleaning; * Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in food service handling; * Strong communication skills and team management ability; * Preferred: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; **Salary:** Salary expectations; **Benefits:** Meal allowance (R$ 220.00\), Fuel allowance (R$ 350.00\); **Schedule:** 6x1 work schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Day off: Tuesday; **Location:** Partage Betim Shopping
