




Job Summary: This role involves comprehensive reception duties, including client interaction, communication management, and ensuring office organization. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for workplace organization **Required Knowledge** * Customer service experience * Greeting people, customers, and suppliers * Operating the PBX system; most calls are received directly on the department's extension * Receiving and verifying cash; one sheet per month, card and PIX sales, accounts receivable control * Responsible for sending correspondence and receiving it for proper departmental distribution * Screening and making calls and handling inquiries for Administration and Executive Management * Maintaining the reception area orderly and hygienic, guiding the kitchen assistant and cleaning staff * Purchasing and managing office and pantry supplies **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 08:00–11:30 and 13:00–18:00; Saturdays, 08:00–12:00 (Banked hours) **Salary and Benefits**: BRL 1.632,00 (negotiable based on experience); UNIMED health plan, life insurance, meal allowance, and transportation allowance.
