This professional works in hospitals, clinics, health centers, and other healthcare units, contributing to patients' well-being and recovery. * Perform nursing procedures, such as wound dressings, medication administration, specimen collection, among others, following guidance from the nursing team * Assist in preparing and organizing the environment for patient care, ensuring patient safety and comfort * Monitor patients' clinical progress, recording relevant information in medical records and reporting to the nursing team * Support patient hygiene and comfort, assisting with bed linen changes, bathing, and other hygiene care * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to enhance technical and practical knowledge in nursing * Ensure cleanliness and organization of materials and equipment used in nursing procedures, adhering to biosafety standards * Act ethically and humanely, respecting patients' individuality and privacy * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, maintaining effective communication and contributing to integrated patient care
