Responsibilities: * Supervise the grocery department team, ensuring smooth operation of the department. * Manage inventory, controlling product inflow and outflow. * Serve and assist customers by providing information about available products. * Organize product displays. * Place replenishment orders to maintain adequate stock levels. * Maintain cleanliness and organization within the grocery department. Requirements: * Prior experience in grocery retail or similar roles. * Leadership and team management skills. * Customer service ability and strong communication skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
