Perform food pre-preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients to ensure workflow efficiency and quality. Collaborate with other kitchen team members, follow instructions, and contribute to smooth service operations. Participate in general kitchen cleaning, including maintenance of equipment, utensils, and work areas per established procedures. Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations, as well as occupational health and safety policies.
