Job Summary: A kitchen assistant is responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing utensils, equipment, and food items in the kitchen. Key Highlights: 1. Good Hygiene and Food Handling Practices **SUMMARY:** Performs cleaning and maintenance services for the kitchen's internal structure. This assistant is responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, rinsing, and storing utensils, equipment, and fresh produce (fruits and vegetables) used in production. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Completion of elementary school; * Minimum 1-year experience in kitchen and/or domestic work, preferably in dishwashing roles; * General knowledge of: cleaning, rinsing, disinfection, and storage; * Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for kitchen work; and * Good Hygiene and Food Handling Practices.
