**Job Type:** Permanent CLT Position **Work Location:** Farm in the Urban Expansion Area of Uberlândia/MG **On-site Housing:** Included (fully equipped with private area) **Job Description:** We are hiring **a couple** to reside and work on our farm. Duties include rural property care, maintenance, cultivation, and assistance with domestic tasks. The provided house is comfortable, spacious, and private, equipped with all necessary amenities. **Responsibilities:** **For the Male Candidate:** Operate **agricultural machinery and equipment** (tractor, brush cutter, harrow, fertilizer spreader, etc.) Maintain **pastures, fences, roads**, and outdoor areas Perform general **farm tasks** Transport materials when required (**Driver's License Category B mandatory**) **For the Female Candidate:** Care for **vegetable garden, orchard, and animals** (dogs) Maintain **gardens and plants** Prepare meals for the family or team (occasionally) Perform **house cleaning and organization** (routine domestic tasks) **Requirements:** **Proven experience** in rural and domestic roles Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work in a team Driver's License Category B (for the male candidate) **Compensation:** **Male Candidate:** R$ 3.000,00/month **Female Candidate:** R$ 1.518,00/month **Benefits:** **Housing included**: Spacious house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, service area, and garage **Monthly food basket** **Water and electricity expenses covered** **Selection Question:** Have you operated agricultural machinery?
