Conduct basic training sessions with the team We are seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to coordinate and supervise the team, ensuring organization, hygiene, and maintenance of facilities in accordance with company standards. Join our team! **Job Requirements:** * Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance; leadership experience is a plus! * Knowledge of cleaning techniques, proper use of cleaning products, dilution ratios, and equipment handling. Basic understanding of cleaning supply inventory control. * Basic knowledge of safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the cleaning team, assigning tasks and monitoring service execution. * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all company facilities. * Monitor usage and replenishment of cleaning supplies to prevent waste. * Conduct basic training sessions with the team on hygiene and safety best practices. * Monitor adherence to routines, schedules, and quality standards established by the company. * Support operational activities as needed. **Salary:** R$ 2\.400,00 \+ Hazard Pay \+ Bonus R$ 200,00 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:48 PM (Saturday availability required as per industrial needs) Payment: R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
