Service execution verification and team management Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * 1 year or more of experience in this position or related functions * Survey quantities of inputs and services by reviewing executive project documents and procedures, aiming to requisition them accordingly. * Requisition materials and services via dedicated software, using correct inputs and descriptions compliant with standards and technical requirements, to ensure timely site supply. * Verify service execution through Service Verification Sheets (FVSs), Execution Procedures (POs), and technical drawings, ensuring implementation in accordance with the design. * Monitor input consumption and quantities of completed services using dedicated software and the project budget, comparing planned versus actual performance. * Record contractor measurements via dedicated software to facilitate supplier payments within contractually agreed timelines. * Check work fronts against the milestone schedule to verify adherence to pre-established targets, minimizing potential delays in service completion. * Verify whether production teams are staffed according to pre-defined headcount, reporting any deviations to Production Coordination. * Maintain area indicators by conducting relevant analyses for performance measurement and continuous improvement. * Guide and support Assistants in their activities upon request. * Perform other tasks related to this position as requested by the immediate supervisor. 25112602024091555
