Job Summary: Assist in all stages of detailed construction budgeting, cost control, performance indicators, strategic planning, and monitoring of construction progress. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of construction progress **Responsibilities:** Assist in all stages of detailed construction budgeting; assist in cost and expense control; Engineering Performance Indicators; assist in the strategic planning of real estate development. Assist in scheduling construction work, observing project technical specifications, productivity indices relative to the volume of work to be executed, and project delivery deadlines; monitor construction progress, evaluating adherence to the planned schedule. Assist in monitoring actual costs versus budgeted costs. Assist in necessary quantity surveying.
