Join our family! **Job Summary** Responsible for the development, planning, execution, and control of industrial utilities projects. Apply project management techniques to ensure quality execution, adherence to schedules and budgets, always aligned with the safety of personnel involved and the company’s business needs. **Key Responsibilities** Develop and manage industrial utilities projects, including steam, compressed air, ammonia refrigeration, water treatment, and wastewater systems; Coordinate industrial infrastructure projects, piping, and pipe racks, ensuring technical and operational compliance; Lead third-party engineering firms and designers in project development and execution; Act as the interface between internal teams, suppliers, and global teams to ensure alignment and project success; Prepare technical scopes, specifications, budgets, and schedules to enable investment feasibility; Manage project KPIs related to safety, quality, costs, timelines, and operational performance; Provide technical support to Production, Operations, and Maintenance departments, assisting in implementing improvements and resolving issues; Conduct studies and projects focused on industrial utilities optimization, increased system reliability, and reduced operational costs; Plan and oversee scheduled plant shutdowns for equipment and system installation and upgrades; Manage service contracts and resources involved in projects, ensuring execution per technical and corporate requirements. **Required Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering; Experience in food and/or beverage industries; Proven experience in industrial utilities project management; Advanced English proficiency; Basic knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD; Willingness to travel. **Preferred Qualifications** Specialization in project management; PMI certification is a plus; Basic Spanish proficiency. *McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
