It is essential to follow internal standards and collaborate effectively to maintain an efficient and well-integrated production process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare pizzas and pasta according to company recipes and guidelines; * Clean, cut, and prepare ingredients used for assembly; * Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times; * Request replenishment of materials and supplies as needed; * Store products properly, maintaining expiration date control; * Accurately follow technical sheets, respecting specified quantities and measurements; * Perform other tasks assigned by the Pizzeria Manager. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in pizza production; * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and professional demeanor; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Benefits:** * Health insurance (50% company-subsidized, with co-payment deducted from payroll); * Dental insurance (free for the employee); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance (at no cost); * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Working Hours:** * 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM (6-day rotation schedule) **Compensation:** * Salary between R$ 2,299.18 and commensurate with experience; * Average monthly commission of R$ 900.00; * Additional earnings potential based on performance and goal achievement.
