Supervision of daily operations and inventory control #### **About the position:** We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Pizzeria Supervisor to lead the team, ensure product quality, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The professional will be responsible for workplace organization, inventory control, and supervision of the pizzeria’s daily operations. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise pizza chefs, waitstaff, and assistants, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. * Monitor ingredient inventory, place orders, and minimize waste. * Ensure pizza and other offered products meet quality and standardization requirements. * Organize the workplace, maintaining cleanliness and safety. * Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints. * Prepare work schedules and monitor team performance. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in pizzerias or similar establishments. * Knowledge of inventory control and ingredient management. * Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Completed high school education. #### **Preferred qualifications (advantageous):** * Knowledge of pizza production techniques and food handling. * Training in team management or leadership. * Experience with sales and inventory management systems. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. #### **Benefits:** * Shopping voucher * Profit-sharing program (PPR) * On-site meals * Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel assistance #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Rotating 6-days-on, 1-day-off schedule
