Leadership and supervision of dish preparation and presentation **Kitchen Chef – Night Shift** The **Kitchen Chef**, responsible for managing the team, developing the menu, controlling costs and inventory, as well as ensuring final dish quality and food safety. Oversees all kitchen activities comprehensively—from ingredient procurement, food preparation, and team organization to dish completion and presentation—while adhering to hygiene and quality standards in customer service. Key responsibilities include: * Leading and guiding the kitchen team; * Planning and supervising food preparation; * Managing inventory and ordering supplies; * Ensuring dish quality standards; * Complying with and enforcing food hygiene and safety regulations; * Organizing kitchen operations during the night shift.
