




Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness in the food preparation area, including washing utensils and assisting with food handling under supervision. Wash dishes, pots, and cutlery Responsible for keeping the food preparation area and related equipment organized and clean. Wash dishes, pots, and cutlery; during idle time, peel, cut, grate, and perform other food handling tasks as directed by the head chef.
