Openness to suggestions for improvement **Position: Cook – Meal Box Production** **Location:** Acaiaca Neighborhood **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Team Advantage: After completing daily production, kitchen organization, and cleaning, the team may be dismissed earlier than scheduled when all tasks are completed. In practice, departure often occurs earlier than scheduled, depending on production demand. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare food and manage the meal box production process, following company standards and recipes; * Organize and calculate ingredient quantities according to daily production volume; * Support daily operations in the industrial kitchen by collaborating with the team and maintaining an organized environment; * Monitor operational announcements and contribute to smooth kitchen operations. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a cook or working in a kitchen; * Discipline to follow company-defined standards and preparation methods (with openness to suggestions for improvement); * Comfort using technology, especially mobile phones and WhatsApp for daily communication; * Ability to perform simple calculations to determine production quantities; * Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a kitchen environment; * Good physical stamina to handle large volumes and industrial kitchen utensils. **Benefits** * Salary: R$ 2.000 * Transportation allowance (no 6% payroll deduction) * On-site meals Payment: R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have prior experience as a cook? * What is your residential ZIP code?
