Oversees all kitchen operations comprehensively—from ingredient procurement, food preparation, and team organization to dish completion and presentation—while adhering to hygiene and quality standards in customer service. Key responsibilities include: * Leading and guiding the kitchen team; * Planning and supervising food preparation; * Managing inventory and ordering supplies; * Ensuring dish quality standards; * Complying with and enforcing food hygiene and safety regulations; * Organizing kitchen operations during the night shift.
