Job Summary: Performs masonry, concrete, and other civil construction material works, following drawings and specifications to build, renovate, or repair structures. Key Highlights: 1. Attention to safety and equipment maintenance Perform masonry, concrete, and other civil construction material works, guided by drawings, schematics, and specifications, using appropriate processes and tools for the trade, to construct, renovate, or repair buildings and similar structures. Mix and prepare mortar by dosing cement, sand, gravel, and water. Control level and plumb across all construction works; ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment during service execution; handle and dispose of job-site material waste properly; perform masonry/finishing work, screeds, walkways, and fix wooden door frames with mortar (after the carpenter installs the frame on-site). Safeguard, maintain, clean, and preserve tools, instruments, materials, and the workplace; perform other related tasks as required or at the supervisor's discretion.
