Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building facilities, including minor repairs across various areas and equipment monitoring. Support in the conservation and organization of tools and materials * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on building facilities. * Carry out minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, carpentry, and plastering. * Monitor the operation of equipment and facilities to identify potential failures. * Replace parts, perform adjustments, and carry out necessary repairs to ensure proper functioning of structures and equipment. * Support the conservation and organization of work tools and materials. * Comply with safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE). * **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in building maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
