**Job Responsibilities:** * Perform general preventive and corrective maintenance, carrying out repairs and modifications to hospital building facilities, including carpentry and joinery work, masonry interventions and ceramic/vinyl finishing, hydrosanitary and medical gas installations, locksmithing services, oxyacetylene welding, and building painting—excluding electrical installations; * Transport movable assets and gas cylinders; * Install various items requiring wall mounting; * Cut masonry, flooring, and concrete using hand tools; * Install hardware on windows, doors, gates, grilles, and similar items—including latches, hinges, handles, pulleys, casters, and locks—and perform necessary adjustments using hand or power tools to complete assembly; * Erect and/or assist in erecting scaffolding, when required. **Mandatory Requirements:** NR 35 – Work at Heights; NR 18 – Working Conditions (conducted internally by SESMT); NR 12 – Machinery and Equipment.
