If you want to work for a stable company with great development potential, this position is for you! ?✨ **Responsibilities:** * Execute tactical and strategic planning within the scope of responsibility; * Execute and participate in continuous improvement projects; PDCA, FCA, DMAIC, kanban, kaizen; * Supervise product receiving, storage, and shipment; * Conduct and organize accurate inventory counts, ensuring inventory levels remain within established limits; * Ensure adherence to established quality standards and proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration; * Plan and optimize warehouse layout; * Manage the warehouse staff team, assigning tasks, providing training and guidance; * Maintain records of inventory activities—including receiving, transfers, inventory adjustments, and shipments—and prepare regular reports for management; * Monitor customer inventory levels; **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields; * Experience in people management; * Experience in inventory and layout management; * Minimum of 6 months’ experience; * Expertise in process adjustments and shipment operations; * Dynamic and proactive profile; * Availability to work from 08:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday \+ Rotating Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00\) **Benefits** * Fixed salary \+ Performance bonus * Meal allowance (average R$600.00) * Transportation voucher (3% payroll deduction) * Family health insurance * Dental plan (free of charge) * Life insurance (free of charge) * Gympass * Partnership with driving school * Partnership with stationery store (family discount)
