Job Summary: A professional responsible for painting and finishing wooden and metal parts, assigning tasks to the team, and maintaining an organized workplace, ensuring product quality and delivery deadlines. Maintaining workplace organization and safety Paint wooden parts; paint metal structures and parts; assign tasks to the team; keep the workplace clean and organized; use all mandatory PPE; dispose of materials and waste generated during service execution; perform other related tasks. Responsibilities: \- Paint wooden parts, receiving parts from the accessory carpentry workshop, performing finishing, verifying product specifications, and applying varnish or lacquer in the specified color to protect the wood and finish the part. \- Paint metal structures and parts, receiving parts from the warehouse, performing finishing, verifying project specifications, aiming to protect and finish the part. \- Assign tasks to the team, receiving production sheets and discussing task distribution within the department with the carpenter, in order to produce furniture with quality and meet deadlines. Keep the workplace clean and organized, storing tools and raw materials in designated locations, sweeping the warehouse, collecting wood scraps, cleaning machines and tools, to ensure a safer workplace and more productive work. \- Use all mandatory PPE. \- Dispose of materials and waste generated during service execution. \- Perform other related tasks as needed or at the discretion of the supervisor.
