Job Summary: An Accounting Intern assists the finance and accounting department by organizing and recording documents, managing payments, supporting bank reconciliations, and preparing reports. Opportunity to learn accounting and financial routines The Accounting Intern directly supports the finance and accounting department by organizing, verifying, and recording documents that constitute the company's daily operations. Key responsibilities include sorting and classifying incoming and outgoing invoices, verifying highlighted taxes, registering documents in the system, assisting with the issuance and dispatch of invoices, and supporting payment, bank slip, and receipt controls. The intern also helps perform bank reconciliations, reviews bank statements, identifies discrepancies, and reports them to the responsible person. Additionally, the intern supports report preparation, updates cost, expense, and revenue spreadsheets, organizes physical and digital files, manages documents sent to the accounting office, and monitors monthly routines such as month-end closing, tax verification, and preparation of information for the tax department. Moreover, the intern provides administrative support related to accounting, maintains up-to-date documentation, verifies data before submission to the accountant, and assists in reviewing financial transactions to ensure accuracy and proper recording. We seek a candidate with strong attention to detail, responsibility, numerical aptitude, basic Excel proficiency, and enthusiasm to learn practical accounting and financial procedures within a real business environment. We are looking for a responsible individual who accurately fulfills assigned tasks and responsibilities.
