Your primary mission will be to support the Ongoing team in maintaining and updating the Ecosystem’s databases, ensuring information quality, smooth platform operation, and an efficient user experience. You will work closely with the support and curation teams, contributing to operational adjustments and analyses that support decision-making. To do so, you will progressively acquire knowledge about how the Ecosystem operates—its workflows and support routines—in order to perform updates, assist in resolving requests, and analyze operational data with attention to detail and information consistency. **Responsibilities and duties** * Integrate into the Digital Products team, supporting maintenance and updates of the system’s databases, ensuring integrity, standardization, and consistency of information; * Develop the ability to analyze complex information, interpret and quantify variables directly or indirectly related to sustainability and climate change; * Perform registrations, operational adjustments, and simple corrections in the system following procedures defined by the team, and support the preparation of analyses and reports in Power BI; * Support the support team in handling operational requests and adjustments, tracking requests to resolution; * Assist in organizing, extracting, and analyzing data to generate reports and indicators. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program from the 3rd semester onward in Engineering, International Relations, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Availability to intern for at least 1.5 years; * Residence in Belo Horizonte-MG or the metropolitan region; * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. **Additional information** * Internship stipend: R$1.750,00; * Weekly workload: 30 hours; * Life insurance; * Flexible working hours; * As we value in-person exchanges at our office, we adopt a hybrid model: 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remote; * Transportation allowance; * Wellhub; * Access to WayCarbon Learning courses; * Birthday Day Off; * An exceptional culture that fosters a diverse, multidisciplinary, and engaged environment! **WayCarbon was born with a vocation to transform realities.** We are agents of change for a fair and resilient climate transition.
