#### **About the position:** We are seeking a Systems Analyst with an analytical, proactive, and innovation-oriented profile to support, evolve, and improve systemic solutions, ensuring operational stability and supporting the company's digital transformation. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Gather and document requirements in collaboration with business areas; * Translate needs into functional and technical specifications; * Design system workflows and solutions, considering integrations and operational impacts; * Provide technical support for corporate systems and integrated platforms; * Analyze and resolve incidents related to integrations, data inconsistencies, and operational failures; * Identify root causes and take corrective action or direct resolution efforts; * Interface with vendors to resolve incidents and enhance systems; * Monitor integrations to ensure operational stability and continuity; * Support the development and validation of system integrations (APIs, Webhooks, and platforms); * Perform functional and integrated testing; * Maintain up-to-date documentation for solutions under your responsibility; * Facilitate communication between technical and business areas to ensure alignment of requirements; Identify opportunities for automation, continuous improvement, and process scalability. * #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Experience in requirements elicitation and analysis; * Advanced knowledge of REST API integrations; * Experience in incident analysis and system support; * Database knowledge (queries and data analysis); * Experience with functional testing; * Experience with corporate systems (CRM, customer service platforms, or similar); * Knowledge of AI tools applied to solution development and evolution. #### **Desirable requirements (differentiators):** * Experience with Salesforce, SydleOne, APIPASS, n8n, and BPM; * Experience with WhatsApp brokers and integrations; * Knowledge of integration architecture; * Experience with process automation, RPAs, or MVP development; * Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, Codex, AI Studio, or similar). #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Monday to Friday * 08:00 to 18:00 * Break: 1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch * Extended to PwD
