Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for balancing maintenance needs with production demands, optimizing resources and processes to ensure asset availability. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure asset availability Position Purpose: The professional will balance maintenance requirements with production demands, ensuring asset availability with minimal impact on operations. They will ensure adherence to the maintenance schedule, as well as optimization of resources and processes. Job Responsibilities: Monitor processes and support the preparation of management reports; Participate in planning meetings and performance indicator updates; Define resources required for task execution (materials, tools, and labor); Analyze planned versus actual performance, conducting sample audits of completed activities; Create and manage maintenance service portfolios; detail work orders and schedule daily activities; Adjust schedules according to unforeseen events and priority changes; Coordinate available resources (equipment and teams); Act as the interface between maintenance and production departments; Perform follow-up with internal departments (e.g., Procurement) and suppliers to ensure deadlines and material flow; Evaluate recurring failures and analyze technical reports; Calculate and monitor maintenance indicators (MTBF and MTTR); Control and analyze maintenance costs; enter and review maintenance plans. Position Requirements: Completed technical course in related fields (Mechanics, Electrotechnics or similar); Solid experience in maintenance; Technical Skills: Microsoft Office suite and maintenance management systems (e.g., Manusis); Microsoft Project; Power BI; SAP; Flexibility to work during strategic hours, including holidays when necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Engineering; Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling; Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
