Then this role is for you! At MRV\&CO’s Martech team, we’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and grow with us! Here, you’ll be part of a collaborative, results-oriented team always ready for new challenges. * Organize and structure marketing data, integrating diverse sources such as CRM, BI, and business areas. * Build strategic data views by connecting channel metrics, funnel metrics, and business outcomes. * Support the definition of relevant KPIs for the area—avoiding metric overload and focusing on indicators that guide decisions. * Perform data cross-analyses to identify patterns, bottlenecks, opportunities, and growth levers. * Develop clear, concise, and actionable dashboards and reports tailored to different audiences. * Translate complex data into strategic interpretations and understandable narratives for both technical and non-technical teams. * Support the creation of growth hypotheses based on analyses and insights developed. * Monitor performance, interpret results, and feed back into the area’s strategy. * Collaborate closely with data and information teams. * Support the marketing area in its overall actions and strategies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Strong organizational skills, ability to synthesize information, and structured thinking. * Critical perspective on metrics—challenging superficial interpretations and vanity metrics. * Ability to turn fragmented data into clarity for decision-making. * Autonomy to shape data perspectives and propose improvements to how the area approaches data. * Strong communication skills to present analyses and insights clearly and objectively. * Behavior aligned with culture and collaboration. **Additional Information** * Experience in data intelligence. * Proficiency in marketing and funnel data analysis and metrics. * Experience with BI tools, dashboards, and data visualization. * Ability to integrate data from multiple sources. * Advanced Excel, Python, and SQL. * Experience with KPIs related to acquisition, conversion, efficiency, and growth.
