Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing geotechnical services procurement processes, focusing on process simplification, cost reduction, and development of innovative solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in geotechnical services procurement processes 2. Focus on process simplification and cost reduction 3. Development of innovative solutions using Power BI and Power Apps * Manage geotechnical and/or geotechnical instrumentation services procurement processes, proposal evaluations, and contract/service order negotiations to ensure fulfillment of category requirements; * Drive initiatives related to process simplification and cost reduction; * Collaborate with support areas (Legal, Technical, Finance, etc.); * Operate in accordance with procurement procedures grounded in robust compliance practices, emphasizing initiatives that reduce personnel exposure to risks inherent in contracted activities and ensure a sustainable and innovative agenda; * Develop innovative solutions and implement improvements to optimize procurement team workflows using tools such as Power BI and Power Apps, with emphasis on processing and analyzing departmental data, creating strategic dashboards to support decision-making and category management; Work within the Directorate of Governance and Compliance. Support the Procurement area in geotechnical and geotechnical instrumentation procurements.
