Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and risk management **Key Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage a portfolio of CAPEX projects of varying sizes, phases, and complexities, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, scope, and quality; * Execute projects focused on equipment modernization, production capacity expansion, operational reliability, process improvements, and industrial safety; * Strategically prioritize demands and balance expectations across multiple client areas; * Coordinate suppliers, construction companies, engineering, maintenance, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle; * Ensure compliance with internal standards, legal requirements, and steel industry safety standards; * Develop and monitor schedules, physical/financial progress curves, management reports, and action plans; * Anticipate risks and make agile decisions to mitigate them; * Support technical and financial feasibility analyses of projects (CAPEX); * Lead alignment meetings and present executive status updates to various organizational levels. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, Civil, or related fields); * Prior experience in industrial project management and implementation, preferably CAPEX; * Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, scope, cost, and risk management; * Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Advanced Excel, and project tracking platforms; * Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional relationship skills; * Experience in industrial environments (steelmaking, mining, oil & gas, cement, or similar). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Project Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields; * Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or equivalents; * Specific experience in the steel industry or large-scale multidisciplinary engineering projects; * Knowledge of management methodologies such as PMBOK, Lean, FEL, or Stage-Gate; * Familiarity with portfolio management tools and dashboards (Power BI, EPM, Project Online, etc.); * Experience managing engineering package procurement, technical purchasing, and EPC/EPCM contract management; Intermediate or advanced English. * **Other Important Details:** In the “Attach Document” field, it is mandatory to attach your updated resume.
