Job Summary: Responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process, attracting and selecting suitable candidates and facilitating efficient hiring. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the onboarding of new employees Work Mode: On-site Working Hours: Business hours – Monday to Friday Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree Key Responsibilities * Consult with the department manager to understand job requirements, objectives, and needs, gathering essential information to define the recruitment strategy. * Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, technical skills, experience, and behavioral competencies to support the manager’s decision-making. * Manage and update the talent database, identifying highly rated candidates from previous processes to expedite future hiring. * Track candidates throughout the entire selection process, introducing them to the organizational culture, benefits, and position requirements. * Post job openings on various platforms, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and provide constructive feedback. * Participate in the onboarding process of new employees.
