**Job Objective**
Support the New Business area in the initial analysis of real estate opportunities, contributing technical surveys, preliminary studies, and information organization to support decision-making regarding acquisition and development of projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare feasibility studies for prospective projects;
* Accompany field visits for initial data collection;
* Assist in preparing pre-feasibility analyses and preliminary studies;
* Update maps, databases, and technical documents with support from the Projects department;
* Conduct basic zoning and urban legislation research;
* Interact with real estate agents and property owners under supervision;
* Request, organize, and manage legal certificates and documentation;
* Prepare standardized opportunity analysis reports;
* Support legal and environmental risk assessment in collaboration with specialized departments;
* Participate in internal meetings to align on opportunities;
* Support leadership in identifying issues and proposing improvements;
* Stay updated on departmental procedures and processes;
* Attend internal and external training sessions when requested;
* Perform other related tasks as directed by leadership.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Architecture and Urban Planning or related fields;
* Basic knowledge of urban legislation and feasibility analysis;
* Familiarity with reading architectural drawings and interpreting maps;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Advanced AutoCAD skills;
* Revit knowledge is a plus;
* Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills.
