We are looking for an **FP&A Assistant** to work in a consultative and dynamic environment, supporting financial analysis, controls, reporting, and presentations, with a focus on decision-making support and results improvement. Responsibilities: * Assists in data collection, report preparation, and organization of information in dashboards and spreadsheets; * Directly contributes to Business Plan development, including scenario analysis and consolidation of forecasts. * Maintains workflow, ensuring timely delivery and continuous updates of databases. * Data Collection and Consolidation: Prepares financial and operational information (from ERP systems, spreadsheets, internal reports) for use by the Analyst. * Dashboard and KPI Updates: Creates and maintains control dashboards in BI tools (or Excel) featuring relevant KPIs for respective departments. * Business Plan Participation: Conducts scenario research, consolidates forecasts, and assists in documenting the plan. * Operational Reporting: Produces weekly/monthly status and performance reports, always under the guidance and review of the Analyst. * Workflow Management: Organizes the delivery schedule and monitors deadlines to ensure punctuality. Other duties pertinent to the role. * Requirements: * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields; * Own vehicle; * Valid driver’s license (Categories A/B); * Prior experience in finance, basic finance knowledge, or familiarity with finance-related areas; * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Intermediate to Advanced); * Availability to work onsite in Holambra/SP.
