**Quitcar** is seeking an Insurance Broker with commercial experience and a consultative profile to work within the store's operations, providing protection and insurance solutions to customers in the automotive and property segments. We are looking for a professional with strong communication skills, a commercial opportunity mindset, and hands-on experience in the insurance market—especially auto insurance. **Key Responsibilities** * Marketing of automotive insurance; * Offering residential and commercial property insurance; * Providing consultative service to store customers; * Preparing quotations and tracking proposals; * Managing relationships with insurers and partners; * Handling renewals and post-sales support; * Identifying cross-selling opportunities within the store's customer portfolio. **Requirements** * **Commercial, organized, and proactive profile;** * **Strong communication and relationship-building skills;** * **Experience in Insurance or Vehicle Protection is a plus;** * Customer service and negotiation aptitude; * Familiarity with quotation platforms and insurance companies.
