Teamwork and commitment to proactivity **Job Objective** Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the language school’s facilities, providing a pleasant, safe, and suitable environment for students, teachers, and staff. **Main Responsibilities** * Clean and maintain classrooms, reception areas, restrooms, hallways, and common areas; * Restock hygiene supplies (paper, soap, alcohol, etc.); * Assist in organizing classrooms before and after classes (chairs, equipment, teaching materials); * Collect and dispose of waste appropriately, in accordance with internal guidelines; * Maintain furniture, utensils, and equipment; * Support preparation of spaces for events, meetings, or pedagogical activities; * Report maintenance needs or material restocking requirements; * Comply with safety, hygiene, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage regulations. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in cleaning or general services (preferred); * Basic knowledge of hygiene and environmental maintenance; * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity * Agility * Discretion and professional demeanor * Teamwork * Commitment **Working Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday. Monday to Friday from 7:40 AM to 5:40 PM, with a 1-hour-and-30-minute lunch break. Saturdays from 7:40 AM to 11:40 AM\. * Shift adjustments may occasionally be required to meet school demands—for example, on days with extra activities or parent-teacher meetings requiring additional support.
